Refund policy

Refunds can be processed within 30 days of product receipt. Items will need to be returned to ShelleCoverArt prior to refunds being issued. A return label will be provided upon request. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if reason for return is anything other than the item being received damaged. If received damaged, please contact ShelleCoverArt immediately. Photos will be requested so a claim can be processed.
